Alan Teesdale
Alan Teesdale is an amateur fisherman. He was first introduced to fishing when his son Paul gave him a rod and reel just to pass the time and he was eventually "hooked". Alan is mainly self-taught but he made friends with a life-long fisherman who imparted him with a lifetime of experience. When came time for his friend to stop, he bequeathed all of his gear to Alan, this inspired Alan to put more energy into his fishing to not let his friend down. Now Alan has come full circle, he recently introduced his grandchildren to fishing. In August 2024 he started LakeFishingHQ, to encourage new people into the sport and to promote better practices for experienced anglers to help ensure that their fishing trips are more enjoyable.
